Villa Nelli is een hele fijne kleinschalige accommodatie op een prachtige plek. Voor je appartement ligt het zwembad en met een klapdeurtje in de tuin loop je zo naar zee. Het is een klein baaitje waar je relatief makkelijk de zee in loopt. Vanuit Villa Nelli loop je ook heel makkelijk het centrum van Kassiopi in. Een gezellig en levendig dorp met heerlijke tavernes, leuk plein en goed bakkertje Nicolas.

The location was perfect - with a fabulous view from our balcony. The small beach was just across a narrow road/lane and just 5 minutes walk to the harbour and main street of Kassiopi. Really nice pool and pool area which was clean and very well looked after. The apartment was very clean and the air conditioning was a Godsend at night.

− The management were very "hands off" There were no instructions on check in procedure beforehand or any other information for that matter. I had messaged a couple of times prior to our arrival but had not response. We had to ask other residents by the pool on the day of our arrival how we could get into our room. We were told there was a hand written note on the notice board in reception at the back of the reception desk with a list of names and our room number that we had not noticed and the key was in the room. It was not possible to park on the road near the property so we had to park on the main road into the town which was not far but a busy road and we were worried about damage to the hire car. When we fleetingly saw someone who worked there 2 days later we enquired about parking and they advised that we could pay to park on a piece of ground nearby for 3 Euros a day if we contacted the owner of the land who lived at the top of the road. It would have been very helpful if we had been advised of this earlier. The apartment was good apart from the small kitchen area which in itself was a Health and Safety nightmare. There was one trailing socket which was used for the coffee machine/kettle/microwave/toaster and small hob. The hob was free standing and placed on top of the inbuilt one which was broken. The lead had to be stretched to the trailing socket making it a bit dodgy from a safety pint of view. The kitchen area was very small and all food prep/kitchen appliances and eating had to take place on a small table. The fridge door opened the wrong way making it difficult to put stuff in and out of the fridge. I know this sounds like a lot, but it would only take a little effort to put these things right and then I would be happy to give them a 5 star review.

− The room number 106 that we had was old, I need a good renovation. not the same standard as early rooms.

Location was excellent. Apartment was clean and the pool area and garden was well maintained. Lovely sunsets.

− Furniture and decor a little dated, but practical.
