1.0Dinner on first night was good. Second day it was worst
− I was charged for one extra adult in both rooms booked by me. However, when I requested a third bed, the hotel only provided a sponge mattress placed on the floor. At the time of booking, it was clearly mentioned that a futon bed would be provided, which was not honored. This is misleading and not acceptable, especially after charging extra for the additional adult.

− Washroom stinks even if it's clean, u stand near the back entrance of the hotel the same gutter smell we get.

− Not as per Photos,Displays in website.Room size small,small bathroom,No shaving kit,comb,lotion shampoo.Room service is late.Towels were not properly cleaned. Restaurant: Tea,Juice in disposable glass.chiku in fruits. Swiming pool was dirty and roof not maintained. Room rate is high.I can take more options in this rate.
