− The outdoor area could have been shaped a little with some flower pots with greens/small trees, so that there is some privacy. The bed mattress also could be improved.

8.0Location at the cosmopolitan Vourkari bay, super clean, well equipped, comfortable bed, very responsive host who responded on time to my requests and also Ms. Maria she is very kind.
− Small bathroom, overpriced as it happens with most accommodation options in Kea, and since the room is relatively small, I don't suggest staying there for an extended period. It's good for 2-3 days since apart from the bed you only have a table with 2 chairs inside.

9.0Very friendly host, super clean, full of amenities / fully equipped the relatively small room was, good location at the cosmopolitan Vourkari bay, comfortable bed, newly renovated.
− Relatively small bathroom but still ok, very very noisy on weekends since there is a bar nearby, pricey / overpriced by 40-50 euros ( to be fair it was for a weekend and most of the accommodation options are way overpriced in Kea island: double compared to Crete or Ionian islands).
