Quiet. Beds comfortable.

− Needs a LOT of maintenance. The BBQ is unusable from rust. Pool water is cloudy. Bathroom sink wasn't draining and water is in the wall causing significant damage in the adjoining room. We called and they repaired the sink right away, but the water damage remains. Hot water only lasts minutes and none in kitchen. Every drawer or door in kitchen is misaligned and/or won't close. Shower leaks water all over the floor. Gate not working so have to park down the street.
