Nice decent villa with good space

− Many things were missing at check in. Here are some items: 1) no toiletries: apparently house keeping forgot to put them. I bought shampoo, soap etc for my stay. 2) kitchen items: if you plan to cook in the villa, you have pots and pans but you need to buy your salt, pepper, herbs, olive oil. For this size of fill kitchen, I expected few basics to be present 3) no cleaning products: no dish washing soap, no cleaning products for surface cleaning. I was told that house keeping forgot it. 4) no kitchen towel, no paper towel: you have one sponge to wipe the surfaces (with no cleaning products) 5) no trash bags: neither in the kitchen nor in the bathrooms. It was forgotten 6) if you have a big group visiting the adjacent villas, beware that sound isolation is not great. My neighbors were swimming in the pool at 4 am in the morning and talking loud. I could hear every single word in my bedroom

− The property wasn’t available at the time agreed. There were no cooking utensils at all.

− The Villa is new, but it had too much issues. - The owner did not speak English, that gave a lot of problems and had to use Google Translate continuesly; - The wifi was really bad beacuse they used a cheap WiFi router - The Key of the front door was jamming in the lock, i used some oil to solve this issue; - The bathrooms couldn handle the ammount of water, so the water rised over the foots when taking a shower; - The airo in de livingroom didnt work well, somw one came and took out the filter; - The toilets where leaking water when the flush was pressed; - The main slidingwindow-door on the front wouldnt lock, anyone could open the door; - The roller shutter didnt work on all the windows, it was jammed, that caused issues; - There was no proactive cleaning of the pool, i had to call for it; - There was no cleaning service at all; - One of the Bathrooms had a wasp nest and a wasp inside it, the guy who came by to see brought a spray but couldnt use it because he needed a ladder but he didnt have one - There was an Ant Nest nearby what caused a lot of ants crawling into the living... eventually i found a solution by putting some surf/soda on the ants trail. - The automatic programmed sprinkler system in the Yard made it impossible to enjoy some quality time in the garden or while sunbatching; - I asked for compensation, because these issues gave some headache, but the host didnt answer.
