10.0Beautiful, restful 'pod' house with private porch and amazing views. Friendly, generous hosts. I first found Ahuru House searching for places that would allow our dog to come, and was absolutely thrilled to find a place so lovely. Lots of luxury touches, including a jar of cheese biscuits for the dog.

Lux bed and breakfast
10.0Lisa and Graham were so welcoming - probably best hospitality we’ve had in a while. Highly recommend doing the three course dinner, the food was amazing. Breakfast was also a treat. The room was beautiful equipped and so clean. We can’t wait to come back :)

10.0I cannot recommend Ahuru House and its hosts highly enough. From the lovely welcome at the start, the pleasant accommodation with plenty of thoughtful touches, to the beautiful view and the absolutely delicious, homemade (with serious culinary skills) breakfast, our stay was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were extremely clean and well-presented. Lisa and Graham are a font of knowledge, able to advise on local food, events, films, design and architecture, and they are great company if you want to chat. Over the course of our stay, shortbread, and delicious nibbly treats (including scrumptious pâté, local wine, croissants and an outstanding chilli jam) appeared, delivered with friendly professionalism. We really appreciated being able to bring our dogs and it was a delight to meet their furbabies, who are sweet and friendly. We will definitely be booking with them again.
