9.0Very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen has everything. And also a gift - wine. The balcony where you can watch the sunset is fabulous.

10.0So many small little details make it very special and welcoming. Terrace provides a look out to the sea in the distance. Enjoyed sitting outside watching the sun set. 5 min walk to a staircase that takes you down to the beach. Host was quick to respond and answer any questions. Comfortable bed with extra pillows! − The checking in process could be smoother if they had a box accessible outside with the key. Lots of stairs I was unprepared for because there's no pictures of them. Long and difficult roads walking from the train station. Recommend getting a taxi or learning which bus to take ahead of time.

10.0This is an exceptional lovely place. It has all I need to have a relaxed vacation in October in Italy (I was there with my daughther, 16 years old). The ower is super-friendly and speaks English very well. The apartment is very spacy, very clean, exceptionally well equipped, with a large balcony facing SW allowing one, in October, to sit in the sun from sunrise til sunset, listening to the swell at the beach. Alimentari with all one needs is in 5 minute walking distance. The same applies to the bus stop one needs to commute to Anzio or Nettuno. Decent restaurants are within 30 minutes walking distance.
