8.0マイアミであることを考えればリーズナブル。リトルハバナの中に位置しており、キューバ文化を楽しむには最適。ローン・デポパークも徒歩圏内。空港からもUberで15分ほどの好アクセス。
− プライベートロッカーがないので荷物管理の面で懸念あり。ベッド数に対して水回りの数が圧倒的に少ないので、朝の支度などで不便した。ビーチを楽しみたい人向けの立地ではない。
