Schönes Ambiente in zentral gelegener Ferienwohnung, Bad und Schallschutz sind mangelhaft

− Sehr kleines Bad ist wenig komfortabel, modernisierungsbedürftig! Hellhörigkeit durch schlechten Schallschutz (wenn obere Wohnung vermietet ist, hört man alle Trittgeräusche und der Treppenaufgang zur oberen Wohnung ist nicht schallisoliert). Das stört doch erheblich.
