A warm, authentic farm stay with wonderful hosts and a true taste of Ladakhi hospitality.
10.0Dorjay and his wife were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The farmstay is in a peaceful location surrounded by green fields, yet it is still within walking distance of the bus stop and Diskit market. We loved the farm tour, picking fresh apricots, meeting the adorable bunnies, and enjoying meals made mostly from vegetables and grains grown on the farm. Dorjay also helped us arrange transport to Turtuk at short notice. Staying here gave us a genuine experience of Ladakhi people, food, and rural life.
Great homestay with a lovely family
8.0The family goes out of their way to take care of you, very friendly. Also the dinners they cook with food from their own farm which was delicious. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of Diskit monastery.
