10.0There was so much room at such a reasonable rate! Large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, & 2.5 baths was so welcome on our vacation, along with a washer & dryer. Host was responsive & house was very clean!
− More instructions would have been useful for the washer & dryer, as it was a bit different than ours in the USA.

1.0− Did not give me a pin for lockbox, hasn’t answered in 2 days for refund. I drove a total 3 hours wasted. 90£ wasted.
