Very bad experience.

− Our experience was extremely disappointing. The room did not match our expectations for the price. We were required to leave our shoes downstairs outside the room, which was inconvenient and something we would have liked to know in advance. During our stay, we turned a few picture frames around because my wife was uncomfortable with the images. The host later confronted us about this and explained that she had entered our room to clean it while we were away. However, no cleaning had been carried out. We politely asked that, if she needed to enter our room in the future, she should let us know beforehand. She appeared to take this remark personally, and from that moment the atmosphere changed noticeably. At check-out, the situation became much worse. The host claimed that we had caused damage to the room and demanded €300 without providing any evidence that we were responsible. When we questioned the accusation, she threatened to call the police, raised her voice, made aggressive hand gestures, and spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner. During this confrontation, she also told me that I was "not a Muslim." This was an extremely personal and offensive remark that had nothing to do with our stay. As a Muslim, I found this deeply insulting and an attack on my dignity and personal beliefs. We have no problem paying for damage if there is clear evidence that we caused it. However, demanding a large sum of money without proof, entering a guest's room without any apparent reason, and resorting to threats and personal insults is completely unacceptable. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had, not because of the room itself, but because of the host's behaviour and the way we were treated.

It was very clean with a beautiful view, in a nice neighbourhood with lots of parking spaces nearby, and just a 7/10min walk to the old part of town.

Nomad Rooms in Mostar is a wonderful place with so much attention to detail. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a view on the beautiful garden and mountains. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The location is perfect, it's just a 15 minute walk from the famous Stari Most bridge. The owners were very friendly and accommodated all our requests with great care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Mostar!
