Clean flat- property description could be more informative

* Warm welcome from hosts Alex and Valentina. * The flat was very clean, with good towels and bedding. * Full sized dishwasher. * Access to garden, with swing and plastic seesaw for the children. * Easy public parking next to the flat.

− * We left it a bit late to book accommodation at Lake Garda, and knew there would be some compromises with this flat, mainly the lack of a washing machine and the distance from shops and the lake. However, there were other limitations, which were not clear until we got here. * Some of the photographs in the property description show a different flat. I think some reviews/ratings must also be of a different flat (e.g. one review refers to a jacuzzi and balcony, which was not relevant to our flat). * The flat we rented has been converted out of the basement of a house. The house rules include silent hours between 12.30pm and 3.30pm as well as overnight. They also state that the hosts’ dog has the run of the garden. In fact, we never saw the dog, but the possibility could be a real problem for some people and should be made clear before booking. * The second double bed is a sofa bed in the kitchen/living area, which you have to walk through in order to reach the bathroom from the main bedroom (the property description calls this room the living room but it is actually a combined living/dining/kitchen area). * Because the kitchen doubled up as a bedroom, we were unable to self-cater as much as we had planned. * The flat felt quite cramped for a family of four. * It has a mixture of old and new style electrical sockets.

Overall, a lovely area with amazing views and great services.

I really liked the location as it is close to a restaurant and is not too far from the main city area. I liked how there was parking spaces available that were extremely close to the place and how easily we found the location. Communication with the host was very good even with a language barrier. We had drinks as well as local treats that the host gave to us to make us feel welcomed which was very kind.

− The property is part of an entire house and someone is using the other area as an office which was a little disruptive as calls were made early in the morning.

Appartamento ben tenuto e molto pulito. Buona situazione parcheggi e il centro è raggiungibile il 10 minuti a piedi. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili!
