3.0Beliggenhet, uteområde ved bassenget
− Dårlige senger, skitne puter, ødelagte skuffer, knust kaffi kolbe. Kunne ikkje åpne dørene til utestua slik en kunne bruke den som sitteområde, står eit gammalt ødelagt plastskap fylt med rot i stedet. To av tre solsenger ødelagt når vi kom, gav beskjed, fekk ikkje nye. En gammal ødelagt stol står på uteområde, ingen lounge møbler og kose seg i ute. Ikkje markise å sitte under og spise frokost eller ha litt skygge. Styr unna denne leiligheten, alle andre såg bedre ut.
