10.0True Ostunian hospitality - an unforgettable experience. Casa Serena exceeded every expectation. The apartment itself was lovely, but what truly made this stay special was Annamaria and her family. She went above and beyond in every situation, warm, genuinely helpful, and kind from the heart. I experienced true Southern Italian hospitality here, the kind you read about but rarely find. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Ostuni’s beautiful white town, exactly as described. The only minor note is that the WiFi could be improved. But honestly, everything else was so wonderful that it barely matters. If you want a comfortable stay with a host who genuinely cares about your experience - book this place without hesitation. I’ll never forget my time here. 🤍

10.0La disponibilità dell'host, la posizione perfetta dell'appartamento sia rispetto al centro che alle fermate dei bus, l'appartamento davvero confortevole. Accanto si trovano anche bar, pizzerie e paninoteche per pasti al volo, ottimo per chi è in viaggio di lavoro!

10.0My stay was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly friendly, most kind and helpful, and always willing to assist me with anything I needed. I paid only for lodging, but regardless she filled the frige with water and refreshments and left also different things for breakfast. My host Annamaria gave me all useful information and advices where to go, what to see and made me really feel at home. The accommodation exceeded all my expectations – it was huge, clean, very well equipped, and on the very good location. Everything was perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
