7.0Het appartement was echt ruim en op een fijne locatie.
− Het was niet zo heel schoon, er lagen muizenkeutels en geknipte nagels op het balkon en binnen was het ook niet heel schoon.

9.0Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist modern und simpel & schön eingerichtet. Die Küche war auch gut ausgestattet. Auf Nachfrage nach Zustazausstattung (Küchenmesser & Schneidebrett) kamen uns die Gastgeber sehr schnell entgegen. Lage war auch gut - fußläufig zur Innenstadt und auch bustechnisch gut angebunden.
Am Wienburg is a beautiful apt that I will rent again when I can be in the city with my bike!
8.0The apartment is very bright, well-appointed (furniture, kitchen cookware/appliances, etc.). It’s a pre-war building with huge windows and high ceilings. It’s also a very spacious apt with the perfect layout to share with a friend.
− There is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING. While one doesn’t need a resident sticker to park in the general vicinity, finding a parking spot is virtually impossible…there are no parking garages in the vicinity, and the only lot close by at the Wienburg park is a nightmare—so narrow and never has any open spaces. I’ve lived in Münster—parking is always an issue. If biking isn’t an option, as it was not for us on this particular trip due to help we were giving friends who live in MS, it’s not the greatest choice.

3.0Do not be put off by the outside if the building as its covered in graffiti as the inside is lovely, minimalist but comfortable. The appartment is in walking distance of the xmas market or can easily get a bus.
− No one replies to email, phone call or message. We had an issue with the shower where it flooded I tried contacting on all of the above and no one replied at all! Luckily my husband is a builder and solved the problem although I don't appreciate my husband having to clear the pipes of other people's hair! It was disgusting - perhaps your cleaners should be taught to clean the pipes on a regular basis so this fosent happen in future. I am very disappointed that no-one called back - quick enough to take your money!
Enjoyed the stay and the apartment, just need to address issues above.
8.0Spacious and clean,
− No Microwave, also Wi-Fi didn’t work, it was supposed to be fixed but stopped working 2nd day. Need more wardrobe space in one room as hangers on a bar are not good enough.

8.0Apartment was very clean and modern and comfortable. Bus stop and cafes and restaurants were a short walk from the apartment. Nice quiet residential neighborhood.
− The apartment was lovely but being older guests, we struggled going up 3 flights of stairs and needed help to get our luggage up and down again. A lovely young man from across the street helped us with our bags. I would have been nice to have tea/coffee and soap supplied on arrival as was supplied at other Airbnb we stayed at on our trip. not enough toilet paper supplied. This was the first time using a key safe so after putting in the code we did not know how to unlatch the key safe. I would definitely stay at this apartment again if it did not have stairs
