9.0Clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with the host. Had everything you need for a great stay. It's close to the train station too.
− It's a bit of a walk to restaurants and beach unless you have your own transportation.

10.0It was fully satisfactory in every regard, and will certainly be one of my top choices for a place to stay when I visit Yilan again in the future. 各方面都非常令人滿意，將來我再去宜蘭的時候，這裡肯定是我住宿的首選之一。
− It wasn't the owner's fault, just my bad luck, but unfortunately the hot-spring water supply was suspended during my stay due to a malfunction in the community's hot-spring pump. 這的確不是房主的錯，只是我運氣不好，但很不幸，由於溫泉水槽幫浦運轉異常，社區於我住的時候暫停溫泉供應。
