7.0Beds were comfortable. 2 living areas ideal for family group. Well equipped kitchen, however oven door broken.
− One door to rear garden does not open.

− NEGLIGENCE! Dishonest in advertising. No indication either by photos or written material of many split level flooring with no safety markings to highlight level changes to prevent falls. Consequently a severe injury eventuated causing a curtailment of our holiday

We enjoyed our stay in Bairnsdale.
8.0The location was great - walking distance from the train station, shops, restaurants, riverwalk etc.
− The weather was very cold during our stay and although we closed the doors to the spare bedrooms and rooms we didn’t require it was hard to heat the main lounge, dining, kitchen area as it was a large open space with only one small wall aircon in the lounge area. There was a wood heater in the dining area but no wood was supplied and we didn’t have a car.

− If you could renovate the bathrooms to hotel standards with inproved shower bays / tiles and more bench space for toiletries it would be top class
