6.0− We kept having people come round to do work. We wasn’t told at first that people were coming and we didn’t know who they were. Then we didn’t have water for half a day because they had problems with the water tank. I was told I would be compensated but they haven’t and they have now been ignoring my emails. This should have been done before we had our stay booked. We actually booked this villa because we was getting married, so it ruined our stay really.

10.0Lage sehr ruhig. In 7 min mit Auto beim Einkaufen. Super angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Nach einer ordentlichen Sanierung ist das Haus sicher wieder sehr schön.
6.0Ursprünglich war es mal ein sehr schönes Haus. Doch leider ist es in die Jahre gekommen und die Instandsetzung wurde vernachlässigt.
− Viele- relativ leicht zu behebe Mängel. Lose Klohdeckel, abgenutztes Inventar (Wäschekorb im Schlafzimmer, Griffe am Wohnzimmerschrank, zu wenige Gläser für die Größe des Hauses). Dadurch machte das Haus einen vernachlässigten Eindruck. Was sehr schade ist - da es von der Anlage her sehr schön ist. Wir hatten bewusst die Wintermonate gebucht. Leider war die Heizung defekt- so dass uns nur elektrische Heizkörper zur Verfügung standen. Die ersten Tage funktionierte auch das warme Wasser nicht. Das dritte Bad konnte auf Grund von Geruchsbelästigung nicht genutzt werden.

10.0Un lugar único para descansar y disfrutar del tiempo y la familia. Muy recomendable. La atención del la gestora de la casa y sobre todo del propietario muy buena. Hubo un par de averías durante nuestra estancia y las resolbieron de manera profesional.
− Recomendaría que dejaran dos juegos de llaves de la casa y mando de la puerta automática ya que, es la única manera de acceder a la casa.
