The apartment is located in a good area of ​​the city. The sea is within walking distance, good beaches are located 7-10 minutes away. There are several grocery stores, as well as fish shop, fresh pastries, pharmacies, bars near the apartment. The city center is 20 minutes away on foot. The apartment is very clean. Good convenient layout with 2 air conditioners. Each room has an exit to the balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: new appliances, good dishes in sufficient quantity, a large TV, new furniture in the bedroom. Clean bed linen, clean towels, also beach towels are provided. Very friendly and helpful owner. He was very kind and helped with our requests, which added the pleasant impressions of living in this apartment. Living in this apartment was a great experience in the city of Split that I recommend to everyone!

Super nice apartment, lot of space, comfy bed, super nice terrace with a nice view (although there is some buildings blocking some parts of the view but you still see long way over the sea. Modern and fresh kitchen. The temperature was comfortable even though it was dripping outside, you barely didn't even have to have the Aircondition put on, the apartment still kept the temperature at a comfortable level.

− There is a lot of stairs to get in to the apartment, and there is no elevator, that was the most annoying thing. Took some time to get up all those stairs. The apartment is not very close to downtown, took around 15-20 minutes to walk to downtown.

Nice week in Split.

Large apartment, two airconditions, nice south facing balcony, large TV, large sofa, nice fridge with freezer, dishwasher was a plus. Possibility to wash clothes is good! 10min walk to the beach 😊

− Warm water tank is very small, and set to a low temperature making showers very short. Had to shower together to make it work. This might be normal in warmer countries, i dont know. Wish it had a toaster. There were ants in the kitchen and bedroom, seems to be coming from balcony corner.

All in all more good than negatives. I would rebook it for sure.

Spacious apartment. Kitchen fully equipped. Washing machine is available. Host very reachable. Wifi works good. Nice TV with Netflix and other apps. Big balcony with sea view. Good location close to the city.

− Everything was to my expectation except that the sunset view was not to be seen fully. The sunset can be seen from the kitchen closed balcony. I think the senset location differs per year. At this time of year it is not to be seen from the front balcony. Also there is no lift. the apartment in the fifth floor, it is good for view but you need to climb the stairs.
