For Hillcrest area this is not up to standard
5.0The room was neat, and bed was comfortable. Location is really good.
− The manager was on leave and no one new about my booking, and this seems to be a constant problem based on other reviews. Rooms have been painted, not revamped, I did not even have a lamp next to my bed. You can hear everything around you, even your neighbors phone ringing, toilet flushing etc. My room was very small, could not imagine having 2 people in this room. TV was signed out of Netflex so you could not watch anything.
