9.0Really happy with this place! The location was great, right next to Anerley station. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe, with supermarkets and many convenience stores within easy reach. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a kitchen available for guests like us staying long-term to cook our own meals. Basically, the room is very well-equipped with everything you need. The host was also very responsive and supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
− The washing machine is quite old so after washing our white/light coloures clothes, we noticed stains on them. Our stuff sadly came out looking dirtier than before washing. Also the wifi signal isn't really stable but I switched to my personal data so that was fine.

6.0Vermieter war hilfsbereit. tauschte z.B. im Hochsommer die Wolldecken in Lacken auf Wunsch aus. Küche war relativ gut ausgestattet.
