Fantastic stay in a beautiful house with amazing views. We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely house located about 40 minutes from Dubrovnik. The area is perfect for a relaxing holiday. We were warmly welcomed by the host, who gave us a tour of the property and made us feel at home right away. The house itself was approx 50 meters from the main road, but we noticed minor to this. By walking down an approx 300 meter of stairs and path we access the local beach, with clear and fine sea water. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and of a high standard. We were a large extended family, and it was practical that the house was divided into three separate floors/appartments, each with its own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony or terrace. This gave everyone privacy when needed, while the large outdoor area by the pool served as the perfect common space for meals, games, and relaxation together. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and while it wasn’t very big, it was just right for cooling off, playing in the water, short swim and enjoying the sun with a view. With a rental car, the location was an excellent base for day trips to Dubrovnik, nearby beaches, charming villages, local restaurants, and attractions. All in all, a perfect holiday home that I would recommend to families or groups looking for comfort, privacy, and a great location to explore southern Croatia.

Exceptional, an amazing property in a truly stunning location.

This very spacious, well designed and equipped modern house can only be described as exceptional. Sitting high on the hillside the layout with each floor having its own bedrooms and a glass fronted patio/balcony gives great comfortable outside areas with absolutely stunning views of the sea and surrounding islands. The large outside seating area at the side of the house is a bonus to enjoy outside dining on those great warm evenings. Decent sized pool with great views over the edge to the sea below. There is a very nice small stony beach with crystal clear water with a designated marked swimming area directly below the house but be aware there are 134 steps down and the same to come up!

− A minor criticism would be the road noise which is clearly not a fault of the property but is worth mentioning. There is a main road very close to the back of the property which is quite busy at all times of the day. The road noise can be rather obtrusive when sitting in the outside dining area but the house itself is well insulated with large double glazed windows so this largely mitigates it other than in certain positions outside the house. A car is a must as the closest really basic supermarket is a 6/7 minute drive away in Slano and the closest well stocked one is in Ston some 15 mins away although the drive there isn't a hardship given the surrounding views and the town itself.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly available and supportive, always ready to help with any request we had. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed – the huge fruit basket and bottle of wine waiting for us were such a thoughtful touch. The property itself was amazing – spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the outdoor networking area, which was ideal for spending quality time together. The pool was fantastic, and the easy access to the sea made everything even more perfect. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

− Access to the sea involves going down a set of stairs and back up again, which might be a bit challenging for elderly family members.
