Grateful that once I'd complained that there was no heating it was resolved the next day

− Clean bedding and towels but don't think it had been hoovered, bottle top and paper on the floor and coffee staines on table, dirty old shoes at the front door, couldn't sit back and relax on the bed as it was too far away from the wall, bedside light shade broken and as a previous guest had mentioned, the front door has three glass panels meaning the light from the corridor shines into the room all night.

The bedroom and Kitchen were fairly clean

− The entrance is dirty and it put me off immediately. The entrance door does not lock which made me feel unsafe to get in and sleep. We were ladies only and the whole time felt like someone would be entering. At the entrance there conway, paint pealing off, black door looked all dirty, you just push the door to close honestly doesn’t show any safety. The carpets leading to the apartment door were all dirty and there was a smell. Outside the apartment door were two dirty rugs one of them with old black dirty trainers. It was not impressive at all and not attractive to think one was gonna stay in the apartment. I communicated with the owner to tell them about the dirt i saw, they told me to produce pictures which i didn’t, they honestly must know what their place look like and strive to improve and take comments positively. The kitchen was clean but i had a fright as there was a slug which seemed to be a visitor every day as there tracks of it on the walls, cooker cupboards. The garden was not clean weeds coming from the other garden opposite and where the bins were outside looked like an abandoned place. The bathroom looked clean but there was a smell of mould. The bedroom was good but the space between the bed and the thing which looked like a cupboard made me feel like i was going to slide and fall whilst asleep.

Very disappointed.

Our stay was a disaster so nothing.

− The property boiler was broken and we were offered alternative accommodation. This was very poor. Insects on the living room floor, electric sockets that didn't work, shower was very difficult to adjust so scolding hot water. Location was very poor. T. V was not usable and no Internet which was needed for the t.v to work. I would definitely not be going back.

Overall, stay was good. Would stay again

− No name on building hard to find Dirty entrance looked like a neglected hall way Damp smell in the unit black mould in the bathroom and damp marks appearing on the walls towards the end off our stay Lost power had to call booking .com

− Door to the property needs to be solid not glazed auto lights very disturbing. Not the most pleasant entrance to the property.
