8.0Nice quiet street and spacious house
− Too many spiders everywhere and the stove wasn't very clean
Great space, but tired, dated decor. Back yard in desperate need of attention.
4.0The space in the house was excellent for family to spread out. Reverse cycle units in each room were great.
− The backyard was very untidy, there was a playhouse but is was not useable, disappointing for the children. There were cobwebs in every room and under benches, along with the spiders. Kitchen needed to be better supplied, some large bowls (I actually bought some and left them there) containers and teaspoons would have been good. The garbage, and recycling bins were full to overflowing when we arrived. There were six large full laundry service bags in the garage.

− The grass in the backyard wasn't maintained making it unsuitable for kids to play there. And the shower walls could have been cleaner.

9.0The property was clean, spacious, and had decent kitchen facilities. The room itself was comfortable. The location was neutral — not close to any major tourist attractions — but it was only a 10-minute drive to the beach, the city, and Deep Blue. Overall, the stay was good, and the house was a nice and pleasant place to relax.
− The only issue we noticed was that the bathroom and toilets had some mold, which could be resolved with more thorough cleaning.
