En general es una casa que necesita una profunda renovación y una limpieza a fondo. La casa es grande y espaciosa, y la

− La acumulación de cosas que tiene, muchas viejas o en mal estado. En la ducha varios botes de gel empezados de antiguos inquilinos, en la cocina también restos de alimentos no perecederos de otra gente que no creo que nadie use…una cucaracha en el baño. En el garaje, unas sábanas extendidas tapando gran cantidad de cosas, probablemente también en mal estado, pero da mala impresión.
