9.0Everyone was welcoming and helpful, room was comfortable and clean. Central for enjoying area.

8.0Room & ensuite were spacious, bed was very comfortable, bedding & towels smelt very fresh.
− TV was small & wouldn't turn off with the remote, windows were double glazed but did not block out sounds in their courtyard. May seem weird, but shower head was to big for the style of shower!

− Staff didn’t explain I had to register my car in their system and didn’t explain how to exit the building in the morning. I woke up, tried to leave but all doors were locked and no one around to ask. Had to wait until someone came down to let me out. Their parking was full so I had to wait for a free car park space.
