− what a nightmare on this dream island. Where to start ? -the check-in: worthy of a bad sketch from a Hollywood comedy film. “We have a reservation” “sorry all the rooms are taken” “yes it’s for these kinds of circumstances that we made a reservation…” in brief he ended up finding us a room, which obviously wasn’t ready for our arrival -the room: correct but without wifi (contrary to the advertisement) so not very practical when you have very little internet to organize the rest of the trip -the bathroom: the shower works intermittently, sometimes no hot water, sometimes no pressure, ... complicated. No one will come and repair it because “you only have two nights left, so no need” -the staff: the restaurant staff is very nice but the hotel staff is not at all. No smile, I felt like I was bothering him. On the other hand, the girlfriend didn't seem to bother him because he asked her very intrusive questions... (when I wasn't there of course) in brief, a real lack of professionalism. -one last anecdote: I was woken up at 1 a.m. by a rat who came to tickle my ears.. yes yes you read o correctly, a rat! I really wish it was a joke, but no! It was the worst night of my entire vacation. Then when we call reception to explain that a rat is hidden under the desk and that for 30 minutes we have been trying to get it out, the gentleman arrives nonchalantly as if it were normal. The worst thing is that we show him that the rat urinated on our bed (while we were sleeping), he didn't even offer to give us new sheets. To conclude… the island is magnificent and definitely worth the detour! But turn away from this hotel of misfortune! You would have to pay me to set foot there again!
