Staff were great and loved the pub side too
10.0Close to work
− Nothing
The location is good but honestly I didn't like how the staff treated us.
5.0The location is good since Wimbledon is a safe neighbourhood and close to the metro.
− We could not open either of the two windows in our room. The woman working at the reception was not welcoming at all, and she did not give us a receipt for our payment, even though I asked for one several times. After we left the building, I received an email saying that I had not paid and that Booking.com would charge me. I had to go back to ask for an explanation and show the transaction to prove that I had paid. Even then, she still did not give us a receipt.
Guest review
8.0Ambiente informale ,vicinanza metro, quartiere carino e tranquillo.
− La moquette!
Good location but we wouldn’t return.
3.0Location was good. Sheets and towels clean.
− The flooring was disgusting, the shower heads were broken and shower cubicle mouldy, there was a lack of and inconsistency in furniture throughout the rooms. And it was noisy until the early hours of the morning every night.
