8.0The staff were friendly, welcoming, and highly receptive. The Manager was professional and demonstrated excellent customer service throughout our stay. I particularly loved the beautiful gardens. The environment was clean, calm, and refreshing, making it a very pleasant place to relax. The breakfast was good, although it could benefit from a wider variety of options for guests who may not be comfortable with traditional Ugandan katogo. A more continental breakfast selection would allow guests to choose according to their preferences. Our room was clean and comfortable, though somewhat small for those travelling with a child. Families may wish to opt for a larger deluxe room, if available. Overall, we had a good stay at Difrika and would gladly recommend it to others.
− The road is not good though if you have a raised car it is manageable.
