Ampia casa dalle grandi potenzialità ma ci vorrebbe più attenzione ai dettagli
7.0Villa potenzialmente molto bella, con ampi spazi. Cucina accessoriata. Posizione abbastanza buona, tranquilla, non distante dalle spiagge né dai servizi. Semplicità di check-in e check-out. Disponibilità da parte dei gestori per le nostre richieste. Pagato molto poco.
− La casa sembrava abbandonata da anni, certe cose tipo il tavolo esterno erano fatiscenti, le panche pericolanti e inutilizzabili, dovevamo ogni volta portare fuori le sedie della sala. Nella zona notte il clima è in corridoio, ma questo ha il soffitto aperto e quindi dall’alba c’è troppa luce per tenere le porte delle camere aperte. Oltretutto c’è pieno di zanzare e non essendoci le zanzariere non si possono tenere le finestre aperte. Materassi scomodissimi. C’erano la doccia e la canna sul terrazzo ma nessuno scarico vicino quindi se le si usava si allagava tutto. Riassumendo, può passare se si vuole molto spazio spendendo poco e non si hanno pretese…
Belle maison. Dommage que l’aménagement soit très moyen.
