1.0location was the only thing we liked
− the stove didn't work the fridge froze the food as not working properly. the lever at the top of the door was broken with no screws for my husband to put in. The software company software was playing up some i had to send numerous emails as they weren't going through there end.

Poorly managed through booking.com and aircoastal
3.0− The lift was broken at reception and after hours we could not access the building. Standing out in the rain unable to get to our room. We had to call out help and someone came out to the veranda and he open the doors to stair case.Had to move hotels because they couldn’t get us a key. Not a good start to our holiday in WA.
