6.0The apartment is spacious and in a good location. Good clean bed linen
− The apartment is very tired and needs refreshing. Superficially it looks clean, however on further inspection it needs a proper deep clean. eg, dirty clothing left in a bedroom drawer! Kitchen equipment is poor, the plates and bowls mismatched chipped and cracked, hardly any drinking glasses. The sofa is broken and one end of it is unusable and the washing machine is broken. All of these things are easily rectifiable and with some care this apartment would make a lovely holiday home. At present it doesn't represent value for money.

Great location just unfortunate timing with works going on
7.0Location was good and the balcony was a great spot to people watch.
− Unfortunately the car park was being resurfaced during our stay so it was noisy and we couldn’t use the parking. There is also building work going on in the building opposite. Just bad timing for us really.

Great location with an impressive view.
7.0Great location as it's close to restaurants and old town. Lots of room for two people. The apartment has a large deck with a great view of the marina.
− Parking was a bit of a scramble is there is limited parking for the facility. The apartment is a bit dated.
