Удобное расположение. Близко от центра, бесплатная парковка, чисто, наличие чайника, кофе, чая, холодильника

− Самое худшее то, что в номере негде сесть, кроме как на кровати. Мы были в отпуске, но мне приходилось какое-то время работать на компьютере. Ни стола, чтобы поставить ноутбук, ни сесть - не было такой возможности. Пришлось сидеть на банкетке и на коленях держать ноутбук. Хотя в номере вполне хватило бы места для небольшого столика и 2 стульев. Совсем неудобным оказалось решение дизайнеров организовать душ за шторкой в номере. Ручка в туалет вырезана из металла, который был плохо зашлифован. Реально можно пораниться. Бассейн на крыше оказался очень маленьким и холодным. Как по мне, то дизайнер больше думал о самовыражении, а не о комфорте гостей. Мне в номере было крайне некомфортно.

− I have honestly never felt so unsafe staying somewhere on my own. On my second night here, the police entered my room late at night using the correct codes for both the front door and my bedroom door. They had obtained these codes from a man they had just arrested outside, who had them written down, presumably from a previous stay. Understandably, this was extremely concerning, not just for me but for the police as well. I immediately made the owner aware of what had happened. The code to the front door was changed, which clearly hadn’t been done after the previous guest checked out days earlier. This meant someone could potentially have had access to my room for two days. What made the situation even worse was that the code to my actual bedroom door wasn’t changed that night or even the following day. There is also no lock on the inside of the door. I was so uncomfortable and worried about my safety that I ended up pushing a chest of drawers against the door to feel even slightly safer while trying to sleep. The owner’s response was just as disappointing. She refused to refund me for the full booking and only offered to refund the nights I wouldn’t be staying. I left the following afternoon, once the course I was attending had finished, and was met with comments such as, “If you were that concerned, you would have left last night.” Which wasn’t feasible to find alternative accommodation at 11-12pm at night in a pretty dodgy area. The fact remains that the security issue hadn’t even been properly resolved when I left, as the code to my individual room was still the same. I’m still waiting for any refund at all and have been left completely out of pocket after having to find and pay for alternative accommodation at the last minute just to feel safe. My experience with Booking.com has also been incredibly disappointing. I found their handling of the situation unhelpful.
