The property is beautiful. It sits right on the water so the view is amazing. There is an infinity pool, swim deck and tennis court. So there was a lot to do besides just enjoying the view. The elevator was also key as we were traveling with a 84 and 87 year old. The host, Giannis, was so helpful. He made great restaurant suggestions and even made reservations for us. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great communication the entire trip. He really made the trip so easy for us.

We stayed at OLYN Villas in May, six of us, and honestly we’d go back in a heartbeat. The location is peaceful and a bit tucked away, which we loved, but you’re still just a short drive from the town if you want restaurants or shops. What really stood out was how well thought-out everything was – the kitchen had all the little things you usually miss in rentals, the lighting outside was cozy in the evenings. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, no worn-down corners or weird DIY fixes. The pool was actually bigger than expected and felt totally private. Having coffee on the terrace in the morning with that sea view ended up being a daily highlight. Communication with the hosts was easy and super friendly. It didn’t feel like your typical vacation rental – more like a temporary home that someone put real care into. We didn’t come with big expectations, but leaving was genuinely hard.

Just got back from a week at OLYN Villas in Nikiti, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The villa itself is beautifully designed—modern, clean lines with a lot of natural light, and the view of the Aegean Sea from the terrace is something else. The infinity pool was a highlight; spending afternoons there was incredibly relaxing. The amenities were top-notch. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The place was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful, offering great local tips. The location is peaceful, away from the hustle, but still close enough to Nikiti town for restaurants and shops. Overall, OLYN Villas provided a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful surroundings, this is a great choice.

Olyn vilas is an really exclusive experience. All the amenities are of the highest standard, really comfortable bed, tennis court , infinity pool. What stands out though is the hospitality of the host together with the remarkable view. I definitely recommend.
