7.0The closeness to the seafront and town. The correspondence with Tracey was excellent.
− The bathroom was a bit of a nightmare, the shower head wouldn't stay upright and the basin was so small and the plug didn't work and having a shelf right above it made it impossible to wash your face! The toilet and shower being on steps made it difficult for my husband to use with his bad legs.
