10.0Velmi čistý byt, dobře dispozičně řešen. Bylo vidět, že majitelé přemýšlelinad detaily. Vše bylo k dispozici, výborná dostupnost do centra. Poblíž restaurace, obchod, park. V noci je ticho, je lehce slyšet tramvaj, ale nijak rušivě. Určitě se budeme vracet.

9.0Die Ulmenkrone ist ein sehr sauberes modernes Appartement, voll ausreichend für bis zu zwei Personen. Gute Lage zur Straßenbahn in die Leipziger Innenstadt, einige Geschäfte in fußläufiger Entfernung. Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus.
− Etwas kleine Küchenzeile, Induktionsherd mit zwei kleinen Kochplatten. Das Zubereiten von Menüs ist eine Herausforderung. Es gibt aber genug Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Nähe der Wohnung zur Straßenbahn ist nichts für lärmempfindliche. Für andere sehr zu empfehlen.

10.0Perfekter Aufenthalt – rundum begeistert! Das Appartement ist fantastisch und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die absolute Sauberkeit und die unschlagbar zentrale Lage. Ein echter Glücksgriff, den ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann. Hier stimmt einfach alles!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren nächsten Aufenthalt schon wieder gebucht.
10.0Die Lage ist sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.
