− No basic paper instructions for appliances, though there was a QR code guide which wasn’t easy to negotiate. Sofa very low and difficult to stand up from.

8.0Location. Decor. Parking. Area felt safe. Quiet.
− Not enough kitchen equipment, plates, cups etc to fill dishwasher. Not enough dishwasher tablets. No washing up liquid. Sofa needs to be screwed together. Tiny amounts of toiletries; nowhere near enough for 5 days for 2 people.
