8.0− Um ponto a melhorar na zona da cozinha e sala de estar é a situação da climatização pois estava muito quente.

4.0O espaço exterior, piscina só para a família, ambiente tranquilo e relaxante.
− A casa é distribuída em 2 pisos , espaço algo reduzido, a ligação entre os dois pisos é através de 1 escada de caracol com pouco espaço de manobra. Casa aconselhada só para 1 casal !!! O piso superior alberga a cozinha e o sofá-cama, nao tem ar condicionado, 2 ventoinhas que nao conseguem tirar o calor q faz dentro da divisao, dormir aqui nem pensar!!se for família com 1 ou 2 filhos é complicado!!! tv com bastantes canais só no piso superior!!!! Piso inferior é o quarto e wc, está equipado com ar condicionado! Tv tem os canais generalistas!
