− We were advised it was a house and it turned out to be a demountable in a caravan park. The dishwasher stunk and there were cobwebs in the property. Owner was advised there were 4 adults and the second bedroom had a single bed and a small bed in the shape of a car that only an eight year old would fit in . No toaster, iron no cupboards to hang clothes in the main bedroom. Frying pan had to be cleaned before we could use it. On our trip around England this is the worst place we have encountered. Cannot believe rating of 9.5.

8.0Lovely lodge, very clean and tidy. Large size easily accommodated our family of 4. Excellent communication from owner regarding key and location. Very quiet.
− Double bed wasn't very comfortable. All the rest was great.

− Water supply in bathroom sink tap not very good. Electric supply was off when we arrived but someone came out and quickly resolved the issue.

− Could do with more pillows on the beds and bigger towels, only hand towels provided, website said towels included so we didn't come prepared with our own.
