Prachtig uitzicht op zee, keurig schoon. Echt alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.

− Niets, alleen werd er onder ons een appartement gebouwd en daar had je wel overlast vindt in de ochtend.

Appartement cosy, décoré avec goût, à proximité du centre et de la plage. Le gros plus c'est le parking juste devant.

− Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine : dessous de plat, un épluche légumes, une cafetière, planche à découper... Mais l'indispensable est là.

This is a well equipped lovely apartment in an excellent location in the heart of Nea Skioni village. Shops, restaurants are in the near and it is really close to the marina and the local beach. The apartment can be accessed through stairs and contains a cosy saloon-kitchen unit, a bathroom and two bedrooms (one with a matrimonal bed for the parents and the other with two idividual beds for kids). There is a quite big balcony with a wonderful sea view opening from the saloon were you can dine as well. Ther is a remote controlled ventilator here above the lamp unit. The apartment was very clean and furnished with a taste. There are plenty of cabinets and chests of drawers for the cloths. There are air conditioning in both rooms and in the saloon as well. There is mosquito net and shutters in each doors and windows. All the necesarry kithcenware are available (with exception water heater and toaster). The owners were very kind, gave us a nice welcoming with some small gifts. They provided us nice recommendation regarding beaches and places to visit and restaurants to try. We had a great time here. We will recommend this appartment to our family and friends and we plan to return here.

− There are two small unusual things, which are not connected to this apartment, but typical for the area. The tap water is not drinkable, you need to buy mineral water supply. The owners were so kind, that they prepared for us few bottles in the fridge for start. Who has ever visited Greece before knows, that the used toilet paper is asked not to be thrown to the toilet, but to the garbage bin next to it.

Чудові апартаменти з неймовірним видом на набережну та море. Є все необхідне для комфортного проживання сім'ї. До пляжу 5 хв. Море чисте і тепле, пляж широкий.
