9.0Appartamento pulito, curato nei dettagli. Completo di tutti gli elettrodomestici utili. Tutto molto funzionale. Posizione perfetta per chi vive il mare con un attracco comodo per un gommone o barca. Complesso silenzioso, ordinato.

10.0Das Appartement ist perfekt ausgestattet, man hat alles wie zuhause oder sogar mehr. Lebensmittel sind sogar vorhanden, Kaffee usw. Alles was man für den Strand braucht - absolut perfekt.
− Wenn man ohne Klimaanlage bei offenem Fenster schlafen will, sind die Nachbarn etwas störend, auf den Terassen links und oben.
