9.0Достаточно чисто, тихо и комфортно. В спальнях есть потолочные вентиляторы, которые хорошо обдували ночью. Рядом с домом почти никогда не получалось найти парковку, но на отдалении 3-5 минут пешком - найдёте. Рядом есть замечальный недорогой итальянский ресторанчик. Недалеко магазины. До любой точки Валенсии 20-25 минут на машине.
− Единственный кондиционер явно несправляется со всем помещением и если вы приедете из холодного климата, то будет жарковато. Пахнет сигаретами в подъезде, но в квартиру не затягивает. Третий этаж и не широкая лестница, лифта нет, имейте в виду, если у вас есть проблемы с передвижением.

10.0Wonderful apartment, very convenient, comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, it is clean. There is a large free parking lot nearby, and Mercadona. Nice host responds quickly to any questions.
