3.0Las instalaciones tienen un gran potencial pero no está bien aprovechado. Estaba cerca del metro.
− Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba sin limpiar, el equipo de limpieza no había pasado por allí. Cuando reclamamos eran las 15:00, nos tuvimos que ir a las 16:30 a una excursión y nadie pasó en ese tiempo a limpiar, tuvimos que dejar nuestras cosas en el apartamento confiando en que no iba a desaparecer nada. Cuando volvimos estaba limpio, pero no a fondo (La nevera no la limpiaron y había cosas del anterior huésped). Lo único bueno es que el contacto con el dueño fue rápido. A parte de esta desagradable experiencia, la casa no está preparada para ser funcional. El hornillo que hay no tiene potencia suficiente para cocinar, sumando a que solo hay un cazo y un par de tenedores. No hay sartén, ni espátulas, ni nada para poder cocinar cómodamente. Ni siquiera tiene microondas ni mesa cómoda para poder comer, tienes que comer en la mesa de centro sentado en el sofá, lo cual no es nada cómodo. No tiene TV, a pesar de que aparece en el listado.

− Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The apartment was booked for three people, but it was only prepared for two. There were not enough towels or bed linen for the third person. The apartment was also not properly cleaned. The shelves were covered in dust, and there were hairs on the bed linen, which made us question whether the bed linen had actually been changed before our arrival. The bathroom was not properly cleaned either. The shower gel provided was diluted with water, which was quite unpleasant. There was a coffee machine in the apartment, but no coffee capsules were provided, so we could not use it. Another major issue was communication with the host. It was difficult to get in touch with the host when we needed help, and the response was not as quick as we expected when reporting these issues.
