10.0Camera molto pulita, spaziosa, ben arredata e moderna. C’era il frigo per tenere le bevande fredde e all’arrivo abbiamo trovato già anche dell’acqua fredda, una bottiglia a testa. La host è stata molto disponibile a qualsiasi orario. Avevamo dimenticato delle cose e mi ha ricontattata per avvertirmi dandomi la possibilità di tornare a qualsiasi ora a riprenderle. Vicinissima alla stazione se si vuole andare al mare con il treno.

10.0all’arrivo la stanza si é presentata perfettamente pulita e in ordine. inoltre, in contrasto al tanto caldo presente fuori, la stanza é sempre stata molto fresca e piacevole, e fornita di tutto il necessario. ogni mattina la camera veniva pulita e ordinata in maniera impeccabile. la comunicazione con la host é sempre stata chiara e rapida, molto disponibile; ci ha persino consigliato attività da fare nella nostra permanenza a la spezia. consiglio caldamente !!!

10.0The closeness to the train station was great and the area felt very safe. The room was clean and had everything we needed. AC worked well and the beds were comfortable.
