Todo muy bonito, limpio, camas cómodas, WIFI ok. Facil acceso y check in. Localización ideal cerca de la entrada de Zadar old town, pero muy tranquilo a la vez. Parking muy económico justo al lado del alojamiento. Un buen olor inunda todo el edificio. Lo recomiendo.

Stylish Apartment in an Excellent Location – A Great Choice for Exploring Zadar

We stayed for two nights in the Vento Apartment (City View Apartment). Initially, I assumed that "city view" meant a view of Zadar's Old Town, but the apartment actually faces the opposite direction, overlooking the street and regular residential buildings. It is located next to a main road. I expected it to be noisy, but with the windows closed, I found it perfectly quiet. There were three of us, and the apartment suited our needs perfectly. It is tastefully decorated, with designer touches such as Treemme faucets in the bathroom and Locherber Milano diffusers throughout the apartment. These are not details you usually find in holiday apartments, so that was a pleasant and unexpected bonus. The apartment is comfortable and very clean. I am particularly demanding when it comes to cleanliness, and this apartment fully met my expectations. Another advantage is that it provides basic toiletries, just like a hotel, including mini shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and similar amenities. The air conditioning is of excellent quality and worked perfectly. The bed on the mezzanine level is comfortable. The location is fantastic—just a few steps from Zadar's famous pedestrian bridge leading directly into the Old Town.

− The main downside is that the apartment does not have private parking, so you need to find parking yourself. There is a paid public parking area right next to the building, but finding a space can be difficult, especially in the evening. We were given recommendations for other nearby parking options, which was very helpful. I would also mention as disadvantages that the apartment does not have a dishwasher and that there is no shelf in the shower where you can place your shampoo or toiletries—you have to leave them on the floor. The sound insulation between this and the other three apartments in the building could also be better. This is particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where you can hear conversations from the neighbouring apartment almost as if the people were in the same room. Personally, I also found the shutters to be a drawback, as they do not block out enough light. I prefer complete darkness when I sleep.

clean. close to the old town.

− noisy. the music from the bars, as well as every word from neibough rooms. zero communications from host except the check-in info. Questions on wifi and house cleaning were simply ignored and unanswered. No wifi as per description on booking.com. Minimal space for putting clothes and other stuff in bath room. There are just two little hooks. Will not rent or return to this place 😅

Zadar gerne wieder, aber nicht mehr in der Villa Ghisi

Lediglich 10 Gehminuten in die Altstadt. Appartement mit Balkon zum Hafen, allerdings links davon eine Bar und davor eine Reparaturwerkstatt für Boote. Appartement war sehr sauber und mit allem nötigen eingerichtet.

− Appartement äußerst hellhörig, so dass wir buchstäblich jedes Wort der Nachbarn verstanden haben. Kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Ein namenloses " Mitglied des Villa Ghisi Team" konnte mir nach mehrmaliger WhatsApp Kommunikation das richtige WLan Passwort durchgeben. Dies hat ihn wahrscheinlich so genervt, dass er auf meine weitere Frage zum Fernsehgerät nicht mehr reagiert hat. Weiterhin ist die Suche nach einem Parkplatz zumindest am Wochenende eine Herausforderung.
