− Informazioni che avrei preferito avete prima della conferma : 1- Dalle foto non si capisce che la casa è su due livelli. C erano ospiti anziani ed è stato a volte pesante. 2- Il parcheggio è stato fondamentale però l accesso era molto stretto e difficoltoso (con l altra auto di mia proprietà non sarei riuscita ad entrare)

− Pulizia un po’ troppo superficiale (esempio: polvere e ragnatele) e avere a disposizione due bagni ma solo uno con la doccia.

9.0Ottima La posizione, appartamento ben tenuto pulito e fornito di tutti i comfort. Parcheggio privato. Da migliorare la cura dell'esterno di pertinenza.

3.0Det lå tæt på stranden men lige ud til en meget trafikeret vej uden fortov
− Misvisende billeder. Man tror man skal bo i et fint gult hus men man bør i en bunkerlignende kasse. Følte os snydt af billederne Ingen møbler på tagterrassen så der var reelt ikke noget udeareal før vi selv etablerede det

2.0It was clean and the locacion was good. The cleanig lady helped us with fans so we could sleep.
− The air condision was not working. No wifi. Horrible damp smell. Only one doble bed. Traffic noise in one of the bedrom. We didnt sleep well because of the heat. It does not look like the pictures on bookings.
Exceptional
10.0The apartment was very well designed, very spacious. A couple of minutes from the seafront. Everything that we needed was in there. Very clean and tidy. This is my 7th trip to Arenzano and this is by far the best place I've stayed in. Elisa was quick to respond to messages. Everything is within walking distance. loved it.
