O apartamento é confortável, tem 2 quartos com camas confortáveis, a cozinha é satisfatória. A localização é boa para quem está com veículo próprio. Eu utilizei o apartamento somente para tomar banho e dormir pq passava o dia todo na rua passeando, a acomodação pra mim foi satisfatória e eu voltaria outras vezes pelo custo benefício.

− O apartamento é nascente, então pela manhã fica muito quente e durante a noite fica abafado, faz calor. Não tem ar condicionado mais tem dois ventiladores, um em cada quarto. Mesmo assim o calor é grande.
