Un po' più di accortezza da parte dell'host porterebbe la struttura ad un valore davvero elevato.
7.0Appartamento ampio e spazioso. Posto auto riservato e coperto. Ascensore sempre libero ed efficiente.
− Terrazza non utilizzabile perché in stato di abbandono. Cucina poco accessoriata (mancanza macchina caffè o moka). Orario di checkout rigido.

Quiet, convenient, comfortable place to stay east of Rome. Good design/facilities.
9.0We really liked how quiet it was on the top floor. Very clean. Nice private parking behind gate. Very convenient for driving east from Rome. Easy to get food all day long, especially pizza. Large kitchen.
− We appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment, but there was a bit too much scent in the cleansing products that were used.

− The apartment did not have any air conditioner. It was very hot during the night and keeping the windows and doors open caused many insects and mosquitos
