Exceptionally well equipped and conveniently situated properly.
10.0Wonderful views across the rolling Tuscan vineyards and countryside. An exceptionally well equipped property. Everything worked well! E.g. good showers, hot water and well equipped kitchen. Margaretta, the Host, was welcoming, cheerful and explained door codes etc very nicely.
− The exceptionally hot weather meant the bed rooms were very hot since they did not have air conditioning. However a central ceiling fan and slatted windows/doors gave good ventilation.
We would come back there again when in Tuscany.
9.0A very serene place. Selvatelle is in good position to visit almost any place around in Tuscany. Host was very organized and kind.
− Only one comment; there is an air condition in the living room but the bedrooms are upstairs and there is no air conditioning there ( though there are ventilators in each of the bedrooms ) so it gets warm during nights. Otherwise, everything else was perfect and there was nothing we didn't like.
We fully recommend this house & place.
10.0Very nice place which filled our expectations. Quiet & well equipped house near the vineyards at the end of village. Everytime helpful communication with an ovner. Great stay in magic Tuscany!
